When I saw this photo of my Aunt, I knew what I wanted to do with this fabric.  My family was so stylish and I don't even think they were trying. 

Plus size silk plaid pleated skirt with a ribbon trim. At the bottom the skirt has a fringe hem.  The gro grain ribbon at the waist has Swarovski crystal embellishments.

Waist: 39" - 40"

Length: 34" (from bottom of waistband) 35 1/2" from top of waistband

Circumference at the bottom: 103"
